Brewed originally in the run up to Christmas 2021, combining 5 malts, traditional European hops and a blend of specially selected Belgian yeast strains, this Tripel has spent the last 22 months in our barrel store.
Crisp, light & effervescent, expect gentle clove and peppery spice esters with notes of bready malt and orchard fruits with a gentle dry bitterness on the finish. All of these entwining effortlessly with the vanilla and charred oak qualities of the bourbon barrel, a refreshing & gently warming drink, perfect for the darker months.
