Vanilla Smoked Imperial Stout | 11.1% Bourbon Barrel Aged | 330ml Bottle
A balanced fusion of two imperial stouts, both matured in our store for 25 months, in freshly emptied bourbon casks.
The first brew featured eight malts including smoked and rye, resulting in a robust, roasted, lightly smokey and warming traditional imperial stout.
The second, a double mashed stout, brewed with six malts and muscovado sugar, and boiled for 12 hours, creating a rich and decadent, thick stout, with notes of caramel, honey and milk chocolate.
Once blended, the stouts was infused with vanilla, complementing and contrasting effortlessly with a defining characteristics of both base stouts.
